We hold space for all bodies to feel powerful, safe, and soft. Through reformer Pilates and frequency aligned design, CTRL invites you to reset your nervous system and reclaim your rhythm.
CTRL is for the women who do too much.
The ones holding it together, healing in motion, starting over.
Our ideal client isn’t chasing aesthetics — she’s chasing alignment.
We welcome first-timers and movement pros, high-achievers and overthinkers, spiritual girls and spreadsheet girls. If you’re craving peace and strength in the same breath, you’re in the right place.
Two friends, two journeys, one shared truth:
When you reconnect with your body, you reconnect with your power.
With backgrounds in photography, creative direction, and wellness, we designed CTRL as the studio we couldn’t find — one that felt both high-vibe and down-to-earth, feminine and inclusive, beautiful and deeply healing.
Strong. Supportive. Here for your growth.
Each of our instructors brings a unique perspective to movement — rooted in creativity, self-connection, and care.
Whether you're new to the mat or coming home to your body again, you'll be guided with intention, compassion, and a whole lot of good energy.
